Informal Request for Proposal Electronic Messaging Centers

Clackamas Community College (CCC) is replacing aging outdoor Electronic Message Centers (EMCs) to modernize campus entrance communication, improve content resolution, reduce operational and network maintenance overhead, and enhance messaging visibility for students, prospective students, and community members.

It is CCC’s intent to enter into an agreement with the selected vendor to procure and install industrystandard Electronic Message Centers at the Oregon City and Harmony campus entrances to meet the scope of work identified in this solicitation.

The selected vendor will procure all commercial-grade, LED panels, internal hardware and power supplies, integrated cellular/cloud communication hardware, mounting brackets, labor, and equipment (cranes, lifts, specialized tools), as well as manage the removal of existing legacy hardware during the installation of the new EMC systems.
