Metro is hereby requesting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor Services for the Oregon Zoo Coastal Shores Exhibit. This project will include removal of Stellar Cove, the Penguinarium, tiger, and red panda exhibits to make way for a re-imagined Central Hub and new exhibits for seals, sea otters, and penguins.
A new guest services building will provide direct access to the lower plaza, featuring a cafe, restrooms, and underwater views of seals, while a new carousel and open space will enhance the guest experience.
