Bid #27-0693 - Herschler Building 4E Existing Window Shade Retrofit - Wyoming State Construction

The State Construction Department, Procurement will receive bids through the Public Purchase On-Line Bidding System until 1:00 p.m. on October 21, 2026 for the Existing Roller Shade Retrofit in the Herschler Building 4E, located at 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82002.

Project Description: Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, access, delivery, protection, removal, installation, adjustment, cleanup, and incidentals required to augment the existing manually operated roller shades at the locations identified in the Window Shade Schedule. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations.

Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.

Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the due date indicated in the bid. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
